We’re a nonprofit using technology, AI, and mentorship to help people navigate school, careers, and life transitions. We’re looking for curious, thoughtful people who want to learn by building products that customers love.

Curastem exists to make career guidance more accessible, especially for people who don’t usually get it. We work with students, career-switchers, low-income individuals, people with disabilities, and others navigating complex systems with limited support.

We believe:
