Programs at Curastem are not a brochure of buzzwords. They are the ways we try to get someone hired and then stay close enough that the job does not swallow them.

Everything below serves one outcome. More people get work they can love, and more of them still have that work a season later.

Job search and apply

We operate a website that lets people search a large index of openings and apply. The catalog covers millions of roles. That is how we refuse a waiting list. You should not need an appointment to look for work in a country this big.

Job seekers are not billed to search or to submit an application through that site. We treat apply-day like a public good. If the form is a wall, we try to lower it. If the listing is stale, we still owe people honesty about what we can control.

This program is for everyday work as much as for office titles. Retail. Food. Warehouse. Care. Support roles. First jobs. The posting that pays rent is as sacred as the posting that sounds impressive at a reunion.

Mentorship

Mentorship is the part of Curastem that sounds like a person, not a pipeline. It is help with the story you tell about yourself. It is practice for the interview that makes your hands shake. It is a second set of eyes on whether a workplace looks safe.

We care about adjacent moves, not fantasy pivots. If you are stuck in a job that is killing your evenings, we would rather find the next realistic step than sell you a reinvention montage. Mentorship here is allowed to be ordinary. Ordinary is how most good lives are built.

Some people need a pep talk. More people need a plan for Tuesday. We try to be the second thing, with enough warmth that Tuesday does not feel like a punishment.

Ongoing career support

Getting hired is a cliff edge in a lot of programs. Champagne, then silence. We do not accept that. Ongoing career support means you can come back when the honeymoon week ends. When the manager changes. When the hours get cut. When you need to ask for a raise and your throat closes.

It also means help staying employed in a job that is mostly right. How to set a boundary. How to document a problem. How to grow skills without pretending you have infinite nights. Keep is in our mission sentence on purpose.

If you are new to work, this is how you learn the unwritten rules without being mocked for asking. If you have been working for twenty years, this is how you refuse to become invisible in your own career.

A public home for the nonprofit

curastem.org is a program too. A charity that hides its purpose is asking the public to trust a silhouette. These pages say who we are, how to reach us, and how to give. That is part of serving people, not a side website.

Gifts are processed on a secure Stripe page dedicated to donations. After a gift we email a receipt. Donate when you want to fund the work. Questions go to hello@curastem.org.

How the pieces fit

Search and apply get you in the door. Mentorship helps you walk through it without freezing. Ongoing support helps you stay without losing yourself. The public site keeps us honest about all three.

We are not a luxury concierge. We are a nonprofit that believes work can be a source of pride for regular people. If that is the program you wanted to exist, it does. Help us keep it alive.

Who these programs are for

They are for the person who has been applying for months and feels foolish for hoping. They are for the person who got hired and is already scanning the exit. They are for the person who was told they should be grateful and is trying to believe it.

They are also for donors who want their gift to buy time and tools, not a gala. Mentorship and ongoing support cost attention. Attention is what we are asking you to fund.

If you need the programs, use them without apologizing. If you can fund them, Donate. Either way you belong in the same mission.
